Can I have an order sent directly to my patient?
We are happy to ship orders directly to your patients without any additional fee! An invoice for the order will be mailed to you, not the patient. Please make sure to select the "Patient Drop-Ship" option under the shipping method in your shopping cart. There is a $17.00 address correction fee added to orders that have incorrect addresses.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES
How do I return items I purchased?
In order to minimize panic-buying or over-buying, we are temporarily changing our return policy. Effective immediately, all returns will require a return authorization, will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipped back at the buyer's expense. After receipt and approval of an authorized item, a product credit will be issued. We will return to our normal shipping and returns policies as soon as possible.

We offer real-time professional consultations by licensed Doctors of Oriental Medicine over the phone to licensed professionals. We have herbalists in the office on and off throughout the week. FAQ ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Where are our formulas made?
We offer tablets, some liquid products, and liquid veggie capsules. Our liquids and liquid veggie capsules are produced at one of the most highly recognized GMP facilities in the USA. The capsules are unique combinations that include western botanicals and Chinese botanicals. The liquid formulas include formulas developed specifically for pediatric use.
The factory in Taiwan we use to produce our tablets has over 80 years of experience in manufacturing TCM Medicinals. They conform to multiple regulatory bodies and sources, such as USP, BP and EP, PRCP, and ROCP standards. The factory in Taiwan also maintains PIC/S GMP certification with PMDA of Japan. For pesticide regulation, we allocate in-house resources to adapt to the Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) standard. The MOHW strictly adheres to the most comprehensive and stringent pesticide regulations currently available, including standards from: United Nation's FAO & WHO CODEX, United States, EU, Japan, and Australia. Finally, our finished products are regularly tested by third-party independent laboratories to ensure consistent and trustworthy results. With this system in place, we can make certain that the quality and safety of our products is uncompromised.

Golden Flower staff will not be able to view, edit or access these account numbers. If you need to delete a credit card from your web account, please give us a call.
